Every Korean city has its own signature dishes, and food YouTubers have done a lot of the scouting already. Seoul: Gwangjang Market and Market Street Food

Gyeongnam is known for Tongyeong seafood and Chungmu gimbap, Jinju naengmyeon and Geoje seafood. One Korean mukbang video (Tongyeong part 2) features a jjamppong restaurant that opens only five hours a day and draws a queue, along with an owner who refused an order, as the title teases.

Busan: Nampo-dong Market Eats

Busan is famous for dwaeji gukbap, milmyeon, jokbal, Jagalchi sashimi and eomuk.
